Overall, the market is doing great. Sales were up nearly 15% this year from where they were in 2015. Our average days on market is about 8% lower than last year as well. This is amazing news for sellers. As you know, the quicker your home can sell, the more you will get for it.


From 2015 to 2016, our list-to-sale price ratio went up about 1% to 98%. This means that sellers are getting 98% of what they ask for on average. This is all really great news for sellers.
