The Admin Staff
We have 4 admin staff that are dedicated to not only help your business grow but to make your job easier and more stress free. For example, when you get a lead to go on a listing appointment we will make you a listing folder full of all the available information you will need for your initial meeting. We will also send a appointment confirmation on your behalf to verify the date and time with the seller. Once you come back from the listing appointment we will do a follow up with the seller on your behalf so you don't have to worry about the follow up. Once the seller decides to list we will prepare the listing paperwork for you and after the seller has signed those we will enter the listing into MLS for you. All we need from you is the pictures and description (which we can also help with). We also enter in all the showing information and make sure the seller is happy with how their listing looks online.
So as you can see, our belief is that your job is to be out there selling real estate, not doing the meticulous task of paperwork!
